The period of adolescence is the time when you shape yourself as a human being. Adolescents need to be seen, felt, and to feel safe. We are eternal, magnificent beings and we come to this dimension to evolve in harmony. This book came into birth due to my quests for ways to maintain a harmonious relationship with the teenager in my life. In all my research and studies, I have reached a conclusion: the way and the amount of support an adolescent receives during the entire age period of 12-24 years, when major cerebral transformations in his brain occur, will determine how much he will become a mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced adult. The teenage time-span is the period when you are given shape and grow as a Human Being. Teenagers need to be seen, felt and to feel safe. As parents, we are meant to be constantly connected with them at the cerebral level in order for them to feel understood, safe and protected. That is why, when you divinely love the children and later on the adolescents in your life, you are there for them in the present moment, in their reality; hence, you can see the beauty inside nothing, the silence inside the chaos and the creation on the move.
