Among the 13 are Alfred Dreyfus, James 'Pete' Longstreet (the 'Old War Horse' of Gettysburg), Romeo Dallaire, head of the UN mission to Rwanda in 1994, and Admiral Byng, infamously shot 'pour encourager les autres'.
