Lowery, Kedrick T.: - Author, Trainer, Facilitator, Counselor, Radio Personality, Consultant and a Certified Life/Executive Coach, Dr. Kedrick T. Lowery is the Sr. Pastor of Grace Church of Durham. He completed his formal educational training in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Public Schools. He earned a BA degree from NC State University, MA degree from Oral Roberts University and a D. Min degree from United Theological Seminary. Lowery's first book was While You Were Asleep.

Lowery has been the recipient of many awards, certificates, and recognitions that highlight his commitment to his country, state, city and more specifically his commitment to his community. He has touched the lives of youth, adults and the young at heart and has a passion for each, but he has worked extensively with youth and young adults. Lowery has mentored youth and has seen many underdogs succeed, many followers lead, and many aimless boys and girls become productive men and women. Dr. Lowery has worked relentlessly to turn his pain into purpose and now finds passion in helping others do the same.

Lowery and his wife, Dr. Siti Lowery, are the proud parents of Layla Grayce and Laura Nicole. Lowery believes his gift is his voice and he has 25 years of experience using it to bring health to the hurting, peace to chaos, purpose to the misguided and life to those in the midst of death like situations. After a Spiritually dark period in his life, God revived Lowery and reintroduced his mission in life which is - to change the world one word at a time!
