nThe first mission to Mars has landed, only to find out, it has lost all communication with ground control and Earth.n nn nSomeone or something, has destroyed two satellites in low Earth orbit, and the astronauts in the International Space Station have to make an emergency maneuver to try to protect themselves from the rapidly expanding debris fields that could destroy the station and kill everyone onboard. In what is called the Kessler Effect, satellites are being destroyed due to the cascading effect of debris from continuous ongoing debris strikes compounded by the existing space junk.
